Shopbop partners on resortwear with MiH Jeans
In partnership with online shopping destination Shopbop.com, high-end denim label MiH Jeans has released an exclusive resort collection, reported WWD. The line is rooted in the Marrakech vibe of the 1970s, when MiH was founded. The collection features a Marrakesh kick flare and a Monaco cropped flare, both with embroidered embellishments, plus blouses, tunics and safari shirts crafted in washed denim, chambray and mousseline.
Chloe Lonsdale, MiH’s founder and creative director, terms the line “a modern interpretation on vintage classics.”
The denim company has fashioned a distinct hangtag for the items, which displays a black-and-white picture of Lonsdale’s mother, former model Chekkie Maskell, the original inspiration for the label.
The line is available now online. Prices range from $187 for the Marrakesh short up to $238 for a collarless shirt.
